Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented New Business Administration Officer to join our insurance client's life and health new business admin team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing pre-sales scanning, data capture, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-sales scanning to assess potential clients and identify any compliance risks.

  • Perform data capture and verification to ensure the accuracy of client information.

  • Execute AML checks and screening processes for new client submissions, adhering to regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the onboarding process and address any potential issues.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client data and compliance checks.

  • Assist in preparing reports related to new business activities and compliance status.

  • Stay informed about industry regulations, market trends, and company policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  • Provide support in addressing client inquiries and liaising with relevant departments as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.

  • Experience in insurance administration or related fields is preferred.

  • Understanding of AML regulations and compliance protocols.

  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail for accurate data capture.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
