Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented New Business Administration Officer to join our insurance client's life and health new business admin team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing pre-sales scanning, data capture, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-sales scanning to assess potential clients and identify any compliance risks.
Perform data capture and verification to ensure the accuracy of client information.
Execute AML checks and screening processes for new client submissions, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the onboarding process and address any potential issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client data and compliance checks.
Assist in preparing reports related to new business activities and compliance status.
Stay informed about industry regulations, market trends, and company policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Provide support in addressing client inquiries and liaising with relevant departments as necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Experience in insurance administration or related fields is preferred.
Understanding of AML regulations and compliance protocols.
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail for accurate data capture.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
