Salesperson

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the promotion and sales of products or services, introducing value and solutions to customers through face-to-face communication, telephone contact or online platforms, and achieving personal and team sales targets.
Proactively develop potential customers, maintain existing customer relationships, regularly follow up on changing needs, provide appropriate advice and facilitate transactions.
Accurately record customer information, negotiation progress and sales results in the company system, ensure information is complete and updated in real time, and support follow-up services and analysis.
Participate in the daily operation of the temporary store, including product display, inventory coordination, customer consultation, and maintaining a professional and friendly service image.
Support market activities and promotion plans by implementing on-site promotion, flexibly responding to customer inquiries, and reflecting market feedback and competitive dynamics to senior management.

Work requirements

Year of birth: 18 years old, with good Chinese reading and writing abilities, able to communicate fluently in Cantonese; those who understand Mandarin or English are given priority.
Have basic computer skills, and be able to quickly master internal sales tools and platforms.
Outgoing and proactive personality, with a service awareness and empathy, able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure, and handle customer concerns and complaints independently.
No specific academic qualifications or industry experience are required, but those who have worked in retail, telecommunications, education or consumer goods sales will be given priority.
Punctuality and honesty, valuing team work, willing to accept continuous training and performance evaluation, and to cooperate with shift work, holidays and sudden work arrangements.
