Experimental Engineer

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the maintenance and management of laboratory daily equipment, ensuring normal operation of the equipment.

2. Design and execute various experimental schemes, collect, organize and analyze experimental data.

3. Assist the R&D team in product testing and validation, and support new product development.

4. Write experimental reports and technical documents to ensure that the experimental process meets relevant standards and regulations.

5. Participate in laboratory safety management, implement safety operating procedures.

6. Continuously optimize experimental procedures to improve experimental efficiency and data accuracy.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, chemistry, materials science, bioengineering or related fields are preferred.

2. Have laboratory operation experience, familiar with the use and maintenance of common experimental equipment and instruments.

3. Have good data analysis and problem-solving skills.

4. Have strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, work carefully and seriously.
