Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for customer reception, seating assistance, and exhibiting a warm and friendly as well as professional and stable service attitude.
Keep the room clean and orderly, and quickly complete the cleaning and resetting after the customer leaves, maintaining the overall comfort and sanitation standards.
Patiently respond to customer on-site inquiries and properly handle reasonable scope of demand
Comply with business processes and execute work assignments

Work requirements

No prior dining service experience is required, and enthusiastic social newcomers or students are welcome to part-time employment.
Have clear Chinese listening and speaking abilities, be able to understand customer oral expressions, colleague collaboration and communication, and supervisor work instructions.
Positive and proactive attitude, basic service awareness and empathy, and willingness to observe, learn and implement standard service processes.
