In group teaching form, we will open art and interest classes for children to adults, tailor-made teaching, focusing on inspiring creativity and basic techniques.
Create clear and demonstrative painting samples (including sketches, watercolors, oil/dry pastels, advertising colors, plastic colors, and clay) yourself, and help students understand the steps and techniques.
Assist in the daily operation of the animation studio, including pre-class preparation, post-class cleaning, student work record, simple administrative processing, and polite reception of visiting parents or students.
Cooperate with the art studio to participate in short-term workshops, exhibition preparation or holiday-themed teaching activities, and demonstrate team spirit.
Work requirements
Have at least two years of practical painting teaching experience, those with relevant art, education or teacher training background are preferred; those with children's art teaching experience are especially welcome.
Proficient in various painting media, including but not limited to drawing, watercolor, oil/powder paint, advertising color, plastic color, and clay creation, with basic techniques and safe applications.
Have good communication skills and empathy, be patient in guiding students with different personalities and learning speeds, and create a positive, cheerful, and focused classroom atmosphere.
Hard-working and responsible, punctual and reliable, able to complete lesson plan development, demonstration production, and administrative support work on time, with basic time management and multi-task processing skills.
Outgoing and affable personality, sincerely fond of children and art education, willing to continuously refine teaching methods, and respecting the studio's philosophy and teaching style.
Salary and application method
Salary is determined based on actual teaching experience and professional qualifications, and is calculated on an hourly basis.
