Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the co-working space for startups, including facility equipment management, supplier coordination and property relationship handling, to ensure the space runs efficiently, safely and orderly.

  • Drive spatial digitalization construction, collaborate with product and technology teams, and promote the functional iteration and optimization of digital tools such as reservation systems and membership management systems.

  • Cross-departmental collaboration with market, technical, and other relevant teams to drive project implementation and resource integration, ensuring smooth execution of all operational plans.

Work requirements

  • Advanced diploma, associate degree or above, with 3 to 5 years of relevant operational work experience, those with shared office space or co-working space operational experience are preferred.

  • Proficient in advanced functions of Excel and other data analysis tools, with basic data processing and visualization skills, and able to based on data to propose effective operating suggestions.

  • Have good content creation and event planning skills, be able to write promotional copy, operation notices and plan member interactive activities independently.

  • Have strong team management and organizational and coordination skills, be able to effectively motivate the team and promote parallel execution of multiple tasks.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, which can efficiently coordinate internal and external resources, establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships.

  • Have a high sense of responsibility and stress resistance, adapt to the fast-paced and changing business environment, and have a high degree of dedication to work.

  • Fluent in Cantonese, with good English and Mandarin reading, writing, listening and speaking abilities, to meet the needs of a multilingual work environment.

  • Must meet the Hong Kong work visa requirements, accept the Hong Kong permanent resident, high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), outstanding talent entry plan (Outstanding Talent Pass), non-local graduate Hong Kong / return employment arrangement (IANG), dependent visa and other legal work permit holders.
