Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in completing the signing process with insurance companies, ensuring that all documents are complete and accurately submitted
• Follow up on customer insurance policies, including data verification, policy status tracking, and communication and coordination with insurance companies
• Manage sign-up progress to ensure that the Pending case ratio is below 10% and improve processing efficiency

Work requirements

• Have high levels of attention to detail and responsibility, ensuring the accuracy of file processing and data input
• Active and proactive, strong self-discipline, able to effectively manage time under pressure and complete tasks on time
• Passionate about the insurance industry, willing to develop long-term and continuously improve professional skills
• Have good communication skills and team spirit, leaders need to have basic management skills

Benefits

• Signature manager's base salary is above HKD 50,000, depending on experience and performance
• Leader leadership level base salary above HKD80,000, depending on experience and performance
