Store attendant

<p>Job Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Provide customers with a warm and friendly service experience, and create a comfortable shopping environment</li><li>Familiar with the store's various product features, and provide professional purchasing advice based on customer needs</li><li>Responsible for product display and store cleanliness, maintaining shelves in a neat and orderly manner</li><li>Actively complete daily sales targets, proactively promote new products and promotional activities</li><li>Assist the store manager and team in completing daily operations and other assigned tasks</li></ul><p> Work requirements: </p><ul><li></li><li>Have good affinity, smile, and quickly establish good relations with customers</li><li>Master basic sales skills, able to recommend suitable products based on customer needs</li><li>Have good communication skills and proactive work attitude, with a team spirit</li><li>Quick response, able to handle customer inquiries and complaints under pressure</li><li>Able to communicate in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with multilingual ability being preferred</li><li>Familiar with the use of cash registers (such as POS), with basic computer skills</li></ul>
