Core responsible for building and full process operation of Hong Kong tutorial from 0 to 1, coordinating business and achieving results, specifically as follows:
1. 0-1 business setup: Lead the completion of tutorial school preparation and landing, including compliance qualification handling, teaching point site selection, curriculum system construction (tailored to the needs of Hong Kong primary and secondary schools and DSE), pricing and initial brand building.
2. Channel and faculty management: Activate your own local secondary school channel resources in Hong Kong, build and maintain cooperative channels; utilize private tutoring teacher resources to build a high-quality faculty team, responsible for recruitment, training and evaluation, and ensure teaching quality.
3. Full process operation: Coordinate recruitment, course scheduling, student services, and course conversion, set operation goals, track core data, and optimize strategies to ensure business efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years + Hong Kong private tutoring industry business management experience, with experience in building and full process operation of a tutoring center from scratch.
2. Core resources: Rich in Hong Kong local primary and secondary school channel resources and stable private tutoring teacher resources, which can quickly activate and land transformation.
3. Skills: Familiar with Hong Kong secondary school curriculum, DSE exam and admission policies, proficient in tutorial business process, and with strong operation, resource integration and negotiation skills.
4. Language: Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to smoothly connect with all parties.
5. Others: Hold a valid Hong Kong work permit, can live permanently; have entrepreneurial spirit, sense of purpose, and stress resistance, those who have relevant compliance handling experience are preferred.
