Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Based on the customer's financial situation and retirement planning needs, provide professional financial consulting services, and design personalized asset allocation plans.
Analyze market trends and financial product characteristics, recommend suitable investment tools, including funds, insurance, trusts and retirement savings plans, etc.
Regularly track customer investment portfolio performance, adjust strategies in a timely manner to achieve long-term financial goals, with particular emphasis on income stability in the retirement phase.
Develop and maintain high net worth client relationships, and enhance customer loyalty and asset size through professional services.
Collaborate with internal teams to complete customer risk assessment, document preparation, and transaction execution, ensuring compliance and efficiency in the process.

Work requirements

Have secondary school graduation or above academic qualifications, pass the Chinese or English and mathematics subjects of the School Entrance Examination, and achieve a total of five or more subjects.
Have excellent communication skills, be able to clearly explain complex financial concepts to customers and build trust relationships.
Respect customer privacy and professional ethics, comply with financial regulatory laws and internal compliance requirements of the company.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure to achieve business performance targets.
