Job Description

Language Requirements: Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is essential. Fluency in Cantonese is highly preferred.

Work Location: Hong Kong. Required to work from the Shenzhen office once per week.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze client requirements, research business strategies, current operations, and data utilization to independently author high-quality, customized, and visual proposals (PPT / Proposal Documents) that address both strategic (CXO-level) and operational needs.

Partner with the business development team on client visits (including C-level executives), lead solution presentations, product demonstrations, and Q&A sessions to articulate value propositions and guide client needs.

Support the end-to-end pre-sales process: Design Proof-of-Concept (POC) plans and coordinate with technical teams for configuration, ensuring results demonstrate quantifiable value (e.g., ROI analysis). Lead the preparation of tender/bid documentation (technical proposals, presentation decks, response sheets), and be responsible for on-site presentations and executive-level inquiries.

Knowledge Management and Enablement: Develop and maintain an industry solution repository (case studies, bid templates, competitive analysis), refining reusable consulting methodologies and tools. Deliver internal training to sales teams and produce external thought leadership content (e.g., workshops, whitepapers) to enhance brand authority and influence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Professional Expertise: 3+ years of experience in a consulting firm or solutions pre-sales role, with a proven ability to develop solutions from the ground up. Exceptional PowerPoint authoring and visual presentation skills, with experience independently creating materials for executive-level (C-level) reviews.

Language & Communication: Adept at engaging in high-level dialogue (CXO/VP Level), capable of rapidly understanding business strategy and translating it into technical solutions.

Industry & Project Experience: Experience in Financial Services (Banking/Insurance/Securities) or Retail is strongly preferred; must be familiar with data application scenarios (e.g., precision marketing). Hands-on experience with data-related projects (e.g., data governance, BI platform implementation, AI model deployment) is a significant advantage.

Soft Skills: Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment (e.g., during critical bid phases). Possess strong business acumen to identify potential opportunities from client discussions.
