Interior Designer (AutoCAD, Rendering, Main Contractor)

The Role

Our client is looking for an AutoCAD Draftsman / Technical Designer to join their drawing office. You will be responsible for producing high-quality CSD/CBWD drawings and ensuring that every screw, joint, and panel is accurately documented for the site team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting: Prepare full sets of shop drawings, construction details, and "as-built" drawings using AutoCAD.

• Coordination: Manage Combined Services Drawings (CSD) to ensure no clashes between interior elements and E&M.

• Standards: Maintain the company's drawing library and ensure all output meets elite industry standards.

• Documentation: Manage drawing logs and ensure all revisions are updated and distributed to the site team.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Drafting, Interior Design, or Building Studies.

• 5+ years of experience in an interior fit-out or architectural firm.

• Precision: An obsession with accuracy, line weights, and technical clarity.

• Software: Mastery of AutoCAD is mandatory. 3D rendering skills are a bonus.
