Dance school operations manager

- Operation Management: Responsible for the daily operation and management of the branch, ensuring smooth administrative and teaching processes.

- Enrollment planning: Develop annual enrollment plans and lead the team to achieve enrollment and tuition renewal targets.

- Human resources management: Manage center personnel deployment, lead front desk team to improve work performance, and create a positive work atmosphere.

- Parents and brand: Handling parent feedback and relationship management, improving parent satisfaction and maintaining school brand image.

- Plan events: Plan dance performances and competitions, etc.,

- Cost control: Responsible for center cost budget control, ensuring appropriate use of resources.

[Entry Requirements]

- Hold a university degree (with a preference for education, management or marketing-related subjects), with 5 years or more of work experience, of which at least 2 years must be in education industry management.

- Have excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills, and be good at team motivation and guidance.

- Good strategy planning and problem-solving skills, able to handle emergencies independently.

- Fluent Cantonese and good writing skills in Chinese and English.

[Salary and benefits]

- Monthly salary: HK$25,000 – HK$32,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
