Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Classify goods, greet visitors and assists customers with order pickups.

  • Manage orders and coordinate with clients & internal parties to ensure daily Import/Export operations.

  • Process orders, pick stocks, conduct the stock-out process to the system, pack and send them to customers.

  • Inventory management including labeling, packing, etc,

  • Moving, loading and unloading stock/goods by adopting truck.

  • Coordinate with couriers, arrange transportation and shipment schedule.

  • Handle general clerical works such as income/ outgoing mails, company documents, filing and warehouse work

  • Prepare courier forms according the confirmed delivery dates.

  • Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Willing to learn, can work independently and work under pressure

  • Good command in English and Cantonese

  • Punctuality, hard work and responsible

  • Computer skills in Chinese & English typing and MS office

  • Working Hours: 5.5 Days per week, 9am-6pm (Monday- Friday) 9am-1pm (Saturday)

Warehouse clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Sort goods, welcome visitors and assist customers in collecting orders.

  • Handle orders, select inventory, input the out-of-stock process into the system, package and send to customers.

  • Conduct inventory management, including labeling, packaging, etc.

  • Use a forklift (jib truck) to move, load and unload inventory/goods.

  • Coordinate with courier services, arrange transportation and delivery schedule.

  • Handle general administrative work, such as receiving and sending emails, company documents, archiving and warehouse work.

  • Prepare a delivery form according to the confirmed delivery date.

  • Temporary work assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Willing to learn, able to work independently and withstand pressure.

  • Good English and Cantonese skills.

  • Punctuality, hard work, and responsibility.

  • Have typing skills in Chinese and English, as well as computer skills in MS Office.

  • Working hours: 5.5 days per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
