Seafood cutter (foreign worker)

Job Title: Seafood Cutter (Foreign Labor)

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving, sorting, cleaning, and preliminary processing of fresh and frozen seafood (such as fish, shrimp, crabs, and shellfish)
Follow the standard operating procedure for precise cutting/skinning/gutting/slicing/trimming and packaging to ensure that the specifications meet customer and quality requirements
Strictly follow food safety and sanitation standards, including regular cleaning of cutting tools, cutting boards, work surfaces, and refrigeration equipment, and implement personal hygiene management
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery arrangements, accurately fill in label information (product name/weight/batch/date, etc.), and assist in completing order picking and logistics preparation
Participate in daily inventory and material recording, promptly reflect losses, abnormalities or equipment failures, and support the supervisor in on-site operations and coordination
Requirements:

Have at least one year of experience in seafood processing, fish market operations or food processing, familiar with common seafood characteristics and handling methods

Able to adapt to low temperature environment, and wear cold and sanitary protective equipment as required
