Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Retail Sales & High-End Ski Products

- Manage the sales of premium ski clothing, gear, and snow boots.

- Ensure high-quality servicing techniques for ski equipment and footwear.

- Maintain strong relationships with high-end ski brands and suppliers.

- Ski Equipment Rental Services

- Oversee ski equipment rental operations, ensuring proper maintenance and fitting.

- Implement efficient rental systems for ski gear and boots.

- Ensure customer satisfaction with personalized equipment recommendations.

Education & Qualifications:

- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Sports Management, or a related field.

- Certifications: Additional certifications in ski equipment maintenance, retail sales, or sports coaching can be beneficial.

Experience Requirements:

- Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, store management, or ski-related business.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ski equipment, winter sports training, and customer service in a luxury retail setting
