Job Description

Market promotion (Marketing)

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate social media platform (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and local commonly used platforms) advertising placement and tracking, optimize cost per click (CPC) and conversion rate (CVR)
Plan and execute daily post content, covering brand promotion, product promotion, holiday activities, and user interaction planning, ensuring consistent content style and meeting the target audience's preferences
Write, edit and polish bilingual Chinese and English copy (depending on business needs), including post text, image captions, short film scripts and advertising material descriptions
Monitor social media platform user feedback and real-time comments, coordinate internal teams for appropriate responses, and maintain brand image and customer relationships
Regularly compile data reports (such as exposure numbers, interaction rates, fan growth, advertising ROI, etc.), report operating results to supervisors and propose optimization suggestions

Work requirements

1 to 3 years of digital marketing or social media operations related work experience, those with small and medium enterprise or fast-moving consumer goods industry experience are preferred
Familiar with mainstream social platform backend operations (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.) and basic ad placement logic, able to independently set audience targeting and A/B testing
Chinese writing is fluent, with clear logic and brand sensibility; understand basic English reading and writing, and can handle bilingual content collaboration and basic overseas platform operations
Proactive and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and deliver them on time, with cross-departmental communication and coordination awareness and basic data analysis and understanding ability
