<p><strong>Part-time security guard</strong></p><p><strong>Working location: Mid-Summit / Hong Kong Island</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Patrol and inspect building facilities and neighborhood boundaries</p><p>Control visitors, owners or other users entering the building or estate</p><p>Register contractors or visitors’ entry and exit records</p><p>First time handling emergency affairs</p><p>Process and record inquiries from owners/visitors or other users</p><p>Handle other affairs assigned by the management office</p><p>Check the building facilities and report to the management office</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>Second 5 or above</p><p></p><p>1 to 2 years of property management industry work experience</p><p>Fluent Cantonese, able to communicate in simple English and Mandarin</p><p>Understand basic computer operations</p><p><strong>Salary (hourly): $65</strong></p><p></p><p>Applicants should call during office hours<strong><u>2280-9611</u></strong></p><p>Route 1.
