Part-time security guard

Working location: Mid-Summit / Hong Kong Island

Responsibilities:

Patrol and inspect building facilities and neighborhood boundaries

Control visitors, owners or other users entering the building or estate

Register contractors or visitors’ entry and exit records

First time handling emergency affairs

Process and record inquiries from owners/visitors or other users

Handle other affairs assigned by the management office

Check the building facilities and report to the management office

Requirements:

Second 5 or above

1 to 2 years of property management industry work experience

Fluent Cantonese, able to communicate in simple English and Mandarin

Understand basic computer operations

Salary (hourly): $65
