Assistant Business Development Manager

Corporate Governance located at Kwun Tong

• To assist in formulating strategies and assessing new corporate development opportunities;

• To conduct research, analysis and feasibility assessment at the early stage or idea phase on the potential business initiatives;

• To support strategic business initiatives implementation and day-to-day tactical execution;

• To monitor the project progress and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the alignment on project direction and timely delivery of project milestones;

• To provide administrative support to the team and perform any ad-hoc tasks / projects as assigned; and

• The employment will be on a contract basis and subject to renewal.

• Degree holder in Business Management, Finance or related disciplines;

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate or strategic development; preferably in financial institutions or the insurance industry;

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage;

• A good team player with a strong "can-do" attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently; and

• Strong problem-solving, project management and communication skills.
