[Entry Requirements]
Secondary five education or above
Hong Kong Island South District residents/familiarity with the area is preferred

· Familiar with the property market in Hong Kong Island's southern district, with preference given to residents of the area
· Have a real estate agent license (or actively working towards obtaining one)
· High sense of responsibility, able to follow up independently on buying and selling processes

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the sale of South District second-hand housing estates and new residential developments
· Develop and maintain customer networks
· Arrange property visits, negotiations, and follow-up on sales documents
