Job Title: Water and electricity foreman
Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for water and electricity installation engineering of residential, commercial and industrial projects, including installation and connection of water supply and drainage pipes, power lines, lighting systems and distribution boxes;
• According to the drawings and construction specifications, carry out on-site layout, trenching, drilling, pipeline burial, wire duct wiring, equipment installation and preliminary testing;

Requirements:

• Familiar with the common water and electricity materials in Hong Kong (such as PVC-U pipe, copper pipe, PVC electrical wire conduit, VV/AVV cable, etc.), and able to independently read and interpret building water and electricity plans (including HVAC-related interface diagrams);
• Have basic hand tool and power tool operation skills (such as electric drills, cutters, pipe clamps, megohmmeters, multimeters, etc.), and attach importance to tool maintenance and safety management;
