IT field project Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for hardware installation and configuration, including desktop computers, printers, and other terminal devices deployment and debugging

• Execute PC system upgrades, data migration, and office relocation during IT support work

• Lead the Windows 11 operating system upgrade project, covering planning, testing, deployment, and user training support

• Conduct retail store POS system and self-service kiosk equipment software and hardware upgrade projects to ensure business continuity

• Participate in server migration services, collaborate to complete data center environment preparation, system validation, and post-deployment monitoring

Work requirements

• Have information technology-related background, hold a higher diploma or associate degree, and welcome fresh graduates to apply

• Familiar with Windows operating system (especially Windows 11) installation, configuration and common troubleshooting

• Have basic hardware maintenance skills, be able to independently complete PC assembly, upgrade and peripheral device connection and testing

• Able to communicate effectively in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, adapting to cross-department and front-line customer collaboration needs

• Accept the night shift work mode 20:00–05:00
