Indoor golf operations management (new store)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations and management of the store, coordinate with the marketing and sales teams according to the company's marketing plan, and ensure that the monthly business targets are achieved
• Organize and execute customer reception, course scheduling and teaching service process, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Regularly follow up with students on their learning progress and feedback, provide personalized service suggestions, and promote long-term cooperative relationships
• Supervise the implementation of various service standards in the store to ensure that service quality meets the company's specifications
• Assist in the preparation of new store openings, including staff training, process optimization, and system integration,

Work requirements

• Applicants with at least 2 years of retail sales or operations management experience, those with indoor golf or sports and leisure industry-related experience are given priority
• Familiar with customer service processes, with good professional ethics and image
• Have excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively integrate internal resources to support business expansion
• Strong learning ability, can quickly master golf knowledge and teaching system operation
• Positive and proactive work attitude, strong stress resistance, and able to adapt to the diverse tasks and rhythms of the new store expansion stage
