Dental Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for patient registration and front desk reception work, including appointment scheduling, data input and medical record management, to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and orderly.

• Answer and process incoming calls for inquiries, provide professional and friendly communication services, accurately record and convey important information to dentists or relevant colleagues.

• Assist the dentist in various treatment procedures during the consultation, such as preparing instruments, delivering supplies, suctioning saliva, and observing the patient's condition to ensure treatment safety and efficiency.

• Strictly follow the disinfection and sterilization process of medical instruments and environment, according to the infection control guidance to regularly clean the consultation room, waiting area and public facilities, and maintain the health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Second 5 or above, with one year of relevant work experience

• Good Cantonese, general Mandarin and English; able to read and write Chinese and English, familiar with Chinese and English typing

• Have basic computer operations knowledge

• Active work, sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skills
