Job description:

Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement strategies and plans for ECM activates

Responsible for ECM activities from origination to execution, underwriting, share placement and syndicate deals

To ensure that the necessary documentation and processes are in place for the Chinese Walls among different departments

Strong communication bridge to Sales during a live book building transaction by giving sales updates on the book color, peer comparable valuation thereby helping to build demand momentum

Research and analysis of daily equity market trends for clients and sales team

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline

Possess professional qualification (i.e. CPA, CFA, LLB) is preferred

3-5 years' relevant experience is preferred within an ECM department of an investment bank

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must
