Foreign trade businessperson

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the company in formulating and implementing overseas market marketing strategies, actively develop international customers, and achieve the specified sales targets.

• Stay in close contact with overseas customers through email, phone and video conferencing, and respond promptly to their price inquiries and order needs.

• Coordinate and handle various affairs in the export process, including quotation, contract signing, delivery arrangements and follow-up tracking.

• Regularly report sales progress, analyze market dynamics, and propose feasible business expansion suggestions.

Work requirements

• College degree or above, with 1 to 2 years of export or international trade-related work experience, are preferred.

• Proficient in English, with good listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities; able to communicate fluently in Cantonese; those with good Mandarin skills are especially good.

• Familiar with common office software operations, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email systems.

• Have a good understanding of import and export procedures, and be able to adapt to the rhythm of coordinating work with customers in different time zones.
