<p>Position: Data Analyst<br><br>Job Responsibilities:</p><p>1. By delving into operations to discover potential growth areas, identify problems, propose optimization strategies and implement solutions to drive business growth. Design and execute A/B tests to validate growth hypotheses.</p><p>2. Conduct operations and special analysis to clearly understand the current business situation. Decompose data dimensions, evaluate the effectiveness of business actions, and provide decision support for business development.</p><p>3. By developing reusable data tables and building related business reports, we can establish an infrastructure to promote continuous analysis and monitoring.</p><p>4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analysis results into actionable business strategies and measurable outcomes.</p><p>5. Continuously improve data flows and methods to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of data-driven decision making.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, statistics, mathematics, computer science or related fields are preferred. </p><p>2. Have strong basic skills in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis techniques.</p><p></p><p>4. Strong sense of responsibility, dedicated to providing high-quality analysis results.</p><p>5. Effective communication skills, conveying complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p>
