Sales strategy coordination: Based on the group's overall development strategy and the trend of the Hong Kong financial market, formulate a sales medium and long-term development plan, annual sales targets and execution strategy, coordinate the sales work of the whole business line (stock trading, investment consulting, asset management) under license 149, ensure that sales performance meets the target, and drive business scale growth.
Team management and building: Build and optimize the sales team structure, be responsible for the recruitment, training, evaluation and motivation of the sales team, and build a professional, efficient and compliant sales force; clarify the responsibilities and requirements of the team and individuals, enhance the professional skills of the team (including compliance knowledge, product awareness, customer service), and supervise the team to implement sales plans efficiently.
Customer expansion and maintenance
Compliance and risk management: Strictly comply with the relevant regulatory requirements and internal control requirements of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), ensure the compliance of the whole sales process, including customer suitability assessment (KYC), risk disclosure, compliance traceability, etc., coordinate internal and external compliance resources, avoid compliance risks in the sales process, and ensure the license remains compliant.
Market and product co-ordination: Follow up on Hong Kong and global financial market dynamics, industry competition patterns, collect market and customer feedback, and provide reasonable suggestions for company product design (e.g. fund issuance, asset management solutions), service optimization; Collaborate with R&D, compliance, and operations departments to promote deep integration of sales strategy and products, services
Brand and channel building: Participate in organizing market promotion, customer roadshows, industry summits, etc. activities, enhance the company's brand influence in the Hong Kong financial market; expand and optimize sales channels, integrate domestic and foreign resources, build diversified sales networks, and help business expansion.
Cross-departmental collaboration and reporting: Report to the group and the CEO of the company on the progress of sales work, performance achievement, and implementation effect of strategies, and coordinate and cooperate with various departments of the group and the subsidiary to promote resource integration and high-efficiency collaboration, and complete other special tasks assigned by the superior.
Education and professional qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, finance, economics, marketing, business management, etc. related professional qualifications are preferred; holding a relevant license from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) (at least holding a 1 or 9 license, those holding a 1, 4, 9 license are preferred), familiar with the business rules and compliance requirements of the 149 license.
Work experience: More than 8 years of sales and management experience in the Hong Kong financial industry, of which no less than 5 years of sales team management experience; those with relevant employment experience such as 149 license-issuing institutions, asset management companies, securities companies, private banks, etc., those with mature institutional customer or high net worth customer resources are preferred.
Professional skills: Proficient in Hong Kong financial market rules, 149 license business (stock trading, investment consulting, asset management), familiar with funds, stocks, cross-border asset allocation and other related products; Have excellent strategic thinking, market insight and sales planning ability, and be able to lead the team to break through the performance target.
Compliance awareness
Comprehensive abilities: Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, leadership and team management abilities, and be able to effectively motivate the team and integrate resources; Have good stress resistance, be able to adapt to the fast pace and performance-oriented Hong Kong financial market; Chinese and English language skills are excellent, and be able to use Chinese and English fluently (Cantonese fluency is preferred)
