Job Responsibilities

• Guide students to complete their homework in groups, set appropriate learning goals based on their individual learning situations, and help improve academic performance.

• Use modern primary school teaching materials to teach Chinese, English and mathematics in the primary school stage, ensuring that teaching content meets the organization's standards.

• Regularly fill out student learning progress forms, record student performance and communicate with parents or responsible teachers in a timely manner to promote school-family cooperation.

• Grade students' daily exercises and homework, prepare suitable teaching materials and classroom activities, and enhance classroom interaction and learning effectiveness.

• Assist in maintaining classroom order, creating a positive and orderly learning environment, and supporting daily teaching administration and school affairs operations.

Work requirements

• Have good knowledge of Chinese, English, and mathematics, be familiar with the local primary school curriculum, and be able to design and implement teaching plans independently.

• Responsibility and patience, good at communicating with children, able to stimulate students’ learning motivation and take care of individual differences.

• Have basic office software operation skills, be able to accurately complete student progress recording and other administrative work.

• Good time management and organizational skills, able to effectively coordinate teaching and administrative affairs in a multitasking environment.

• Can take on full-time or part-time work, be passionate about education, and willing to cooperate with the arrangement of teaching locations in Quanwan District.
