Marketing and admin officer

<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><ul><li>Facilitate communication with internal and external partners to execute Sales and Marketing plans for Asian markets</li><li>Maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business development opportunities</li><li>Support execution of online and offline sales campaigns and marketing projects, ensuring timelines and information are managed</li><li>Create and submit timely briefings and wrap-up reports for digital sales campaigns and marketing projects</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing/Sales teams on enterprise-level marketing projects</li><li>Provide comprehensive administrative support (scheduling, correspondence, document organization)</li><li>Assist in project management, tracking milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met</li><li>Handle ad hoc project assignments with flexibility</li><li>Maintain accurate records and perform data entry in Odoo ERP system</li><li>Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and workshops (venue, logistics, materials)</li><li>Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for administrative needs</li><li>Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as memos and updates</li><li>Support budget tracking and expense reporting for marketing and sales initiatives</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>University student or degree holder (non-degree applicants considered)</li><li>Self-motivated with a willingness to learn</li><li>Strong presentation and communication skills</li><li>Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese</li><li>Organized with attention to detail</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) or willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
