Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the cooking and preparation of Sichuanese cuisine, including classic flavors such as spicy, fishy, strange, and red oil, ensuring authentic flavor and stable quality;
- Strictly follow food safety and sanitation standards, implement food ingredient acceptance, storage, labeling and residual material management processes;
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to complete the preparation, cooking, plating, and serving of all stages, maintaining a high-efficiency and orderly operation rhythm;
- Assist the supervisor with daily kitchen equipment maintenance and cleaning, and timely fill in related operation and inspection records.
Work requirements
- Have three or more years of regular restaurant Sichuan cuisine kitchen practical work experience, familiar with the core techniques of Sichuan cuisine (such as stir-frying, frying, stewing, boiling, frying, and soaking) and complex seasoning application;
- Proficient in the standardization process of common Sichuan dishes, including but not limited to boiled beef with vegetables, twice-cooked pork, Kung Pao chicken, Mapo tofu, and husband and wife's sliced beef;
