Systems Analyst – Enterprise Systems Integration (HK$60K-$80K) (Ref. No.: 27430)

Our client is a well-established Public Utility company; they are urgently looking for Systems Integration professional to take up the new role.

Responsibilities:-

• Support the end-to-end technical design, build and test of system integration solutions for the Oracle ERP project.
• Liaise with counterparts to document end-to-end system processes and integration solutions.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex integration issues, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions.
• Work closely with support teams including 3rd party vendors to understand the details of interface functional & technical issues, ensure efficient resolution activities and provide quality assurance.
• Analyse end-to-end system processing issues, identify root causes and work with systems SMEs to propose solutions.
• Report progress on technical resolution of integration issues.
• Participate in test planning, preparation & execution activities as required.
• Apply quality assurance procedures during troubleshooting to review and ensure the quality of project design and test deliverables.

Requirements:-

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant practical experience in large scale enterprise systems integration projects, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level.
• At least 3 years enterprise systems integration in relevant business domains including financial accounting, project management and engineering.
• Deep experience in architecture design and hands-on development using various common integration technologies and standards including API-based (RESTful, AsynchAPI) and file-based integration methods (FTP, SFTP, CSV, JSON) and associated implementation & governance considerations.
• Experience working with enterprise integration hubs such as MuleSoft, Talend, Informatica or similar.
• Proficient in integration testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills to review, validate and troubleshoot technical requirements with practical recommendations and innovative solutions.
• Highly motivated team-player with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
