<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Business Data Analyst</strong> with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, and have a proficiency in SQL and Power BI/Tableau, and a proven ability to design use case and KPIs for business.<br><br>You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, build insightful dashboards and reports, and clearly communicate the "so what?" behind the numbers through data storytelling.<br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong><br>- Define usable KPIs or metrics for business process<br>- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs<br>- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, row-level security, etc.)<br>- Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and deliver actionable insights<br>- Present findings and dashboard walkthroughs to both technical and non-technical audiences (including senior leadership)<br>- Collaborate with data engineers on data pipeline improvements when needed</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field<br>- At least 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles<br>- Advanced SQL proficiency (ability to write efficient, complex queries on large datasets)<br>- Strong business acumen – ability to understand how data drives business outcomes<br>- With experience presenting to stakeholders and leadership<br>- Attention to detail<br>- Proficient in Cantonese and English<br><br># Preferred Qualifications<br>- Experience with Power BI/Tableau<br>- Knowledge of Python for analytics (nice to have)</p>
