[Job Requirements]

· Apprentice/Novice: Strong interest in furniture installation, willing to learn humbly, and familiar with basic hand tool operations.

· Master craftsman/foreman: Familiar with the whole house customization process, able to handle complex on-site modifications and problems, and with at least 5 years of master craftsman experience.

· Have a sense of responsibility, punctuality, good communication skills and team spirit.

· Need to bring basic hand tools (electric tool company provides)

[Salary and benefits]

· Apprentice/entry-level worker: monthly salary up to $16,000 - $19,000+

· Middle worker/seasoned technician: monthly salary up to $19,000 - $25,000+

· Laborer/Master: monthly salary can reach $26,000 - $35,000+

(Salary depends on experience and technology, and excellent performers may be adjusted)
