Sashimi rice bowl small restaurant chef and cashier (part-time; Tsim Sha Tsui)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist full-time employees in the store with daily operations

• Prepare food and assist customers with self-service kiosks

• Responsible for floor cleaning, general store operations

• Properly handle customer inquiries and improve customer satisfaction

Entry Requirements:

• Education level is not limited

• One or more years of relevant restaurant and food service experience

• Have basic sashimi handling skills (no need for fish opening or sushi experience)

• Independent decision-making ability, sense of responsibility, and good communication and management skills

• Need to have knowledge of food safety, environment and personal hygiene

Hourly rate: $70 to $75 (depending on experience)
