Our client is a well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for a Marketing and Planning Manager for their Business Client team.

About the role
Reporting to the Team Head of Business Banking, you are responsible for formulating marketing plans to drive Cross Border and Local Business Client (SME) segment. You will work closely with product, branch, operations and project teams in developing promotion programs and tactic product offer to increase Cross Border and Local SME customer acquisition. You are required to develop proposition strategy and conduct business reports for management. In addition, you have to do market trend forecast and provide business suggestions to maximize segment revenue effectively.

The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.

Good knowledge in business banking trend and project management required.
Strong business sense, good analytical skills and able to work independently.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and / or Mandarin).
