Aesthetic instrument training manager

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead a team of mentors</li><li>Design training content and manuals</li><li>Familiar with beauty instrument operation and training experience</li><li>Responsible for providing customers with beauty professional knowledge and theory, explaining the application of instruments</li><li>Provide professional beauty instrument demonstrations to customers</li><li>Assist sales personnel in demonstrating and introducing beauty instruments and products</li><li>Cooperate with the company to hold beauty exhibitions, training workshops, instrument and product launch events</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must hold an international professional diploma or relevant beauty diploma</li><li>8 years or more of beauty experience and 5 years or more of beauty training work experience</li><li>A fluent command of Cantonese and Mandarin is even better</li><li>Excellent communication and sales skills</li><li>Familiar with beauty instrument operation and computer application program operation</li><li>Management experience</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Company benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>5 days work schedule</li><li>Public holidays, Saturday, Sunday rest</li><li>Working hours are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm</li><li>Employee attendance award</li><li>Year-end bonuses</li><li>Holiday can reach 19 days</li><li>Birthday leave, marriage leave, compassionate leave</li></ul>
