Sales and market promotion specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer consultation, requirement analysis and pre-sales support, providing professional product and service introduction, and improving customer satisfaction and trust

• Execute market promotion activity planning and implementation, including online promotion, social group management, content creation and activity coordination, to expand brand influence

• Proactively develop potential customers through phone, email, instant messaging, and face-to-face interactions, and follow up on the sales process until closure

• Organize customer data and sales data, regularly report performance, and assist the team in optimizing sales strategies and market positioning

• In line with the company's overall marketing goals, collaborate with the market, design and operations departments to push cross-departmental projects, ensuring consistent messaging and execution efficiency

Work requirements

• Have basic sensitivity to market trends and consumer behavior, and be willing to actively learn product knowledge and sales skills

• Have basic computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common social media platforms

• Positive and proactive attitude, sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to adapt to hybrid work mode (office and remote collaboration)

• No specific academic qualifications or industry experience are required, fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply; must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meeting the local employment qualifications

Benefits

• Monthly salary range from HKD$12,000 to $18,000, based on personal abilities and performance
