Banking Ops Associate

<p><strong><u>What you’ll do:</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Daily handling of processing Incoming payments to our customers.</p></li><li><p>Local point of contact for managing relationships with partner banks & providers, including daily communication via email and phone</p></li><li><p>Processing incoming payment files from banks and providers</p></li><li><p>Monitoring all incoming payments operational activity – statuses, volumes, duplicates, and technical issues</p></li><li><p>Checking for payments statuses with our banking partners</p></li><li><p>Actively engage with cross-functional partners to resolve issues, identify trends, and find creative solutions using technology and opportunities for automation</p></li><li><p>Handling various operational tasks on a daily basis</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong><u>What we’re looking for:</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelors Degree</p></li><li><p>2+ years of experience in the Banks/FX industry</p></li><li><p>Microsoft Office – advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot, Vlookup)</p></li><li><p>Experience working with SQL</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to multi-task and work with many systems and different global teams within the company</p></li><li><p>Creative thinker, proactive, problem solver</p></li><li><p>Ability to thrive in ambiguity, organizing effectively and asking the right questions</p></li><li><p>Ability and willingness to "get your hands dirty" and take ownership of issues to drive them to resolution</p></li></ul>
