Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will drive market development and implement strategic sales initiatives within the construction and home furnishing sectors. If you are passionate about creating meaningful client relationships and delivering impactful solutions, we welcome your application.

Key Responsibilities:

1、Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve performance objectives.

2、Analyze market trends and customer needs to deliver professional and tailored solutions.

3、Address and resolve customer feedback in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.

4、Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.

We Welcome Applications from Candidates With:

1、A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in Construction Engineering, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.

2、At least one year of sales experience in construction engineering, furniture, or building materials industries. Familiarity with project workflows and client dynamics is highly valued.

3、Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, designers, and engineers.

4、A proactive, goal-oriented approach with a strong sense of initiative and an adaptive mindset.

5、Previous experience in key account sales or project-based selling within the home furnishing or building materials industry is advantageous but not required.
