Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for IANG visa renewal related document preparation, submission and follow-up, ensuring smooth customer application process
Provide professional immigration and study abroad consulting services, including Hong Kong and overseas further study, permanent residency, and investment immigration, etc. Introduction and preliminary evaluation
Proactively track customer application progress, regularly update status, and coordinate internal resources to speed up approval times
Instantly respond to customer inquiries through phone, email or personal visits to branches, providing clear, accurate and compliant answers
Support the daily operation of the railway customs branch, including customer reception, document processing, system input, and cross-departmental collaboration

Requirements:

Have fluent Mandarin listening and speaking skills, and be able to communicate effectively and naturally with mainland Chinese customers in Mandarin
Hold a bachelor's degree or master's degree, majoring in any field, with a background in education, language, social sciences or international affairs
Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, be friendly and patient, and be able to flexibly respond to the needs and questions of different types of customers
Priority will be given to IANG visa holders who are domestic students graduating from Hong Kong, or those who have recently arrived in Hong Kong and are familiar with the bilingual and multicultural environment of the mainland and Hong Kong
