Air conditioning technician (on-site) MVAC Tech(A/R)

Working location: Large-scale landmark facilities in Kowloon City

Responsibilities:

• Ventilation and air conditioning (MVAC) equipment maintenance

• Regular inspection and maintenance of equipment and facilities

• According to the need and customer requirements for maintenance

Qualifications:

• A/R or above

• Valid safety card

• Construction worker registration certificate

• Completion of secondary three or equivalent academic qualifications is preferred

• 6 years or more relevant engineering work experience

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese

• Excellent customer service attitude and skills

Working hours:

• Shifts are 3 days on and 3 days off

  • (a) Early shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or

  • (b) Shift: 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm or

  • (c) Night shift: 11:00 pm to 8:00 am

• Working six days a week, rotating days off

• The company will establish a work schedule based on operating conditions, and if there are special work arrangements, the time for commuting may be adjusted

• Public holidays (if working on the day, another day will be compensated)
