<p>Full-time Assistant Clubhouse Officer (Tsing Yi)<br> Work location: Tseung Kwan O<br> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for receiving residents and visitors, handling entry registration procedures, verifying membership cards and facility usage qualifications.</p></li><li><p>Handle the reservation and arrangement of club facilities, membership application process and various billing records, etc. Administrative support affairs. </p></li><li><p>Assist in the planning and execution of various recreational activities and holiday programs</p></li><li><p>Monitor the daily operation of various facilities in the Supervisory Committee, ensure a clean environment and normal operation of equipment.</p></li><li><p>Properly handle resident inquiries or complaints</p></li></ul><p><br> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Second 5 or above, with good communication skills</p></li><li><p>Fluent Cantonese, basic English communication skills (writing and speaking).</p></li><li><p>Applicants with residential club, hotel front desk, and property management-related work experience will be given priority. </p></li><li><p>Familiar with basic computer operations</p></li><li><p>Active and proactive work attitude, sense of responsibility, and ability to adapt to shift work and flexible work schedule.</p></li></ul><p><br>Benefits</p><ul><li><p>Monthly salary of HKD$16,700 (including $600 attendance bonus)</p></li><li><p>Working five days a week to five and a half days, using a long and short week system, working 9 hours a day, and allowing flexible working hours.</p></li></ul>
