Job Description
Job Responsibilities

  • Order and Administrative Support: Responsible for opening and sending daily sales orders (SO) and purchase orders (PO), ensuring smooth and timely transaction processes; regularly update internal system data, maintain customer information and order records accuracy and timeliness; Collaborate with sales team to complete various order fulfillment required documents, ensure seamless connection between delivery and closing processes.
  • Credit Management and Collection Tracking (Financial Support): Actively follow up on invoice status and overdue payments, communicate with customers by phone and email to clarify payment delays and negotiate solutions; directly contact customers to confirm account discrepancies, reissue invoices and confirm payment schedules, improving accounts receivable collection efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory and logistics coordination: Log all incoming (Stock-In) and outgoing (Stock-Out) operations in real-time to ensure that system inventory data accurately reflects actual conditions; coordinate express or local delivery services, coordinate delivery schedules and logistics documents; support warehouse operations, ensure that receiving labels are correct, stored in order, and maintain a clean and traceable warehouse environment.

Work requirements

  • College degree or above.
  • Have two or more years of relevant administrative, order processing, credit control or warehouse logistics support work experience.
  • Have excellent writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, and be able to communicate and write documents independently in both languages.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Word and Excel (including basic functions, data sorting and report preparation).
  • Have good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and be able to actively support and properly handle multiple tasks in cross-departmental cooperation.
  • Careful and cautious, emphasizing data accuracy and process compliance, with basic financial concepts and service-oriented thinking.
