Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for teaching Chinese classes in primary schools and early childhood education, with a small-class teaching method (no more than 6 students per class), ensuring that students receive sufficient interaction and individual guidance.
Prepare lessons based on the systemized teaching materials of the tutoring center, and adjust the teaching rhythm and content focus according to the students’ proficiency, strengthening their word and sentence foundation, reading comprehension, writing and expression, and language application ability.
Grade students' daily assignments and essays, provide specific and constructive written feedback, and give detailed comments on common grammatical errors, logical structures, and writing style guidelines.
Regularly communicate with parents through phone, communication software or face-to-face interviews, report students’ classroom performance, progress and learning aspects that need to be strengthened, and establish a stable home-school collaborative relationship.

Work requirements

Have a Chinese, translation or related language education background, hold a local recognized teaching qualification or education diploma; fresh graduates must have at least one year of actual experience in correcting essays.
Have at least one year of practical teaching experience in a tutoring center or educational institution, familiar with the curriculum framework and language connection of elementary school Chinese, those who are familiar with it are better.
Have good communication skills and patience, be able to build trust with primary school students, and also be able to clearly and systematically explain learning objectives and evaluation methods to parents.
Have basic administrative skills, be able to submit teaching records, student progress reports and teaching materials use feedback on time, and work with the team to complete quarterly teaching reviews and course optimization work.
