Retail salesperson

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily store cleaning, keeping the store clean and hygienic, and creating a good shopping environment

• Execute goods receipt and inspection procedures to ensure correct quantity and quality of goods

• Perform daily settlements (burying numbers) at the cash register, accurately record business revenue, and reconcile cash accounts

• Provide basic pre-sales consultation and follow-up services to customers, and enhance customer satisfaction

Work requirements

• Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, be able to clearly understand work instructions and fill out related forms

• Work attitude is serious and responsible, attention to details, and able to handle repetitive high daily tasks

• Have good team spirit, and can coordinate with colleagues to complete various store arrangements

• Need basic mathematical operations, able to handle money transactions quickly and accurately

• Willing to learn basic product knowledge to support the sales assistance of common goods in pharmacies
