Responsible for the company's daily administrative affairs, including document writing and sorting, email reception and archiving, meeting preparation and recording, employee and customer itinerary coordination and arrangement.
Coordinate and manage your boss's public and private dual-track schedule, covering business meetings, travel planning, dinner reservations, medical appointments, and social activities of various time arrangements.
Handling customer contact matters, maintaining a professional communication image, including telephone response, message delivery, initial demand response and follow-up.
Assist with simple financial management tasks, such as household expenses registration, supplier invoice verification, daily purchase quotation comparison, and basic account reconciliation.
Requirements:
Applicants with a Hong Kong secondary school diploma (Grade Five or above) and 3 to 5 years of practical work experience as a secretary, administrative assistant or personal assistant will be given priority.
Have a high sense of responsibility and proactive attitude, be able to independently judge and properly handle multi-threaded tasks, and effectively advance work progress without direct supervision.
Familiar with common office software (such as Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace), with basic financial concepts and data sorting abilities.
Can accommodate flexible overtime and short-term field work during necessary periods, and have good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.
