Project Assistant

Assist in the planning, execution and promotion of various activities to ensure their smooth conduct

Responsible for liaison and communication with external institutions, partners and relevant units

Coordinate internal resources and support interdepartmental activity planning and execution

Write activity reports, budget planning, and related administrative affairs

According to need, participate in the formulation and implementation of market promotion strategies

College degree or above, majoring in marketing, communication or related fields is preferred

Welcome fresh graduates

Have good Cantonese and English skills, basic Mandarin communication skills

Able to read and write Chinese and English documents

Familiarity with Microsoft Office office software operations

Have good interpersonal relationships, leadership potential, communication and organizational skills; those with I.T. knowledge, sales or marketing promotion experience are given priority

Monthly salary of $14,000 to $16,000 (depending on experience)

Annual 7 days of annual leave and bank holidays

Working five days a week (Monday to Friday), with a daily working time of 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Occasionally need to participate in weekend activity support
