Senior Operations Manager

<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Coordinate the operations of various departments of the company, formulate and implement optimization strategies, and improve overall business efficiency and service quality.</li><li>Lead cross-functional collaboration projects, ensure effective resource allocation and smooth process operation, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Analyze existing work patterns, identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and promote process automation and standardization.</li><li>Regularly evaluate operating performance, propose data-driven improvement suggestions to support high-level management decisions.</li><li>Ensure that operational activities are consistent with the company's long-term strategic goals and assist in achieving the annual operating plan.</li></ul><p><br>Work requirements</p><ul><li>Have at least 8 years of operations management experience, with at least 3 years as a team leader.</li><li>Familiar with business process re-engineering, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)</li><li>Have excellent data analysis skills, and be able to use Excel, Power BI or other analysis tools for business diagnosis.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively integrate cross-departmental opinions and drive change.</li><li>Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, able to lead a team to achieve goals in a high-pressure environment.</li></ul>
