Project Assistant (School Service)

Duties:

• Assist the Centre Manager on project management

• Plan & develop AI project content with institutions on collaborative programs

• Prepare, review & update material for practitioners’ seminars, presentations, operation & training manuals. And monitor their stock level

• Coordinate with practitioners and schools to manage quotations, update the appointment system upon confirmation, prepare accurate billing based on approved quotes, and collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payment processing and returns.

• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• has experience in early childhood education is advantageous

• have a recognized degree or above, advantages if in Psychology, Counselling or Operation Management related disciplines

• Well-organized, detail-minded, flexible with a positive mindset and able to own end-to-end projects

• Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality, outgoing, customer-oriented, meticulous and can work as a team

• Good spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin & English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; apricot knowledge is a plus.
